What you will do

• Lead and maintain the dedicated ADS laboratory in Waxahachie, ensuring full compliance with Univar standards.
• Develop new product blends and create corresponding product codes within SAP to support strategic business goals.
• Coordinate new products and samples, facilitating growth for both existing and new suppliers.
• Manage hazardous sample shipments, maintain laboratory equipment, and oversee waste disposal.
• Create and maintain blending Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation via SharePoint.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Materials Planning to identify and capture new market opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Waxahachie, TX, US.
• Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience.
• SAP training and certification.
• Certifications in Hazardous Sample Shipment and RCRA.
• Associates Degree or BS in Chemistry, Biology, or Science.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
