What you will do

  • Provide technical support on diagnostics and root cause analysis across vehicle systems.
  • Resolve inquiries from dealers and internal teams via phone and electronic channels.
  • Guide technicians through repair processes and ensure accurate case documentation.
  • Collaborate with dealer technicians, internal agents, engineers, and project managers.
  • Coordinate Field Engineer visits and escalate cases as needed.
  • Engage in training, product knowledge exchange, and occasional vehicle testing.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French
  • At least 5 years of automotive experience, ideally in a senior dealership workshop role.
  • Degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical education.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics; EV, HV certification (e.g., HV EV Specialist, DGUV L2+, IMI Level 4) is advantageous.
  • Experience using diagnostic tools.
  • Analytical, organized, and customer-focused mindset.
