What you will do
- Record and modify customer orders within the system.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain written and verbal communication with German-speaking colleagues and clients.
- Prepare and amend price quotations for customers.
- Perform various back-office administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Strong German language skills required.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and accurately.
- Resilience and strong critical thinking skills.
- Basic computer literacy and openness to learning new IT solutions (S/4HANA, AI).
- Open to career starters.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in English or other foreign languages.
- Experience with SAP at a user level.
