What you will do

• Develop stratified proportional sampling plans ensuring representation across service branches, care settings, and record types.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align audit objectives with statistical requirements.
• Document sampling methodology and rationale for reports and regulatory submissions.
• Analyze data for representation and statistical power across strata.
• Support interim reviews and sampling adjustments as needed.
• Assist in interpreting and presenting audit results, including pass rate estimations.

Requirements

• Eligible to obtain DHA clearance.
• 3–5 years in applied statistics, sampling methodologies, or audit support.
• Expertise in stratified sampling and power/sample size calculations.
• Proficiency with R, SAS, or Python.
• Experience with healthcare data (EHR datasets) preferred.
• Strong written communication to explain concepts to non-experts.
• Experience developing sampling plans for audits or compliance.
