What you will do

• Oversee the reception, installation, commissioning, and handover of new machines and equipment.
• Guarantee machine availability and reliability in line with daily production planning.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities and validate interventions.
• Analyze machine breakdowns and production stoppages to implement root-cause corrective actions.
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance technicians.
• Manage maintenance resources, spare parts inventory, tools, and the budget according to internal policies.

Requirements

• Higher Technician diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field, preferably within a cutting maintenance department.
• Solid technical knowledge in electrical systems, maintenance processes, and troubleshooting.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Sousse, Tunisia.
