What you will do

• Maintain, calibrate, and repair hirify.global products directly at customer sites.
• Perform calibration of measurement chains and execute preventive or corrective maintenance.
• Check system installations and safety chains following defined instructions.
• Document results and archive system settings using predefined templates.
• Support the handover of systems to customers in collaboration with the project leader.
• Report observed quality issues to support future product improvements.

Requirements

• Completed education in electrics, mechanics, or a related technical field.
• English language skills: good to advanced level required.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• High quality awareness and precision in execution.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global tools such as PUMA, CAMEO, INDICOM, and CONCERTO.
• Knowledge of ASAM/ASAP standards.
• Basic understanding of server systems and communication/networking protocols in automotive environments.
• Familiarity with creation and management of e-cases within service processes.
