TL;DR
Product Manager (Private Markets): Provide direction and leadership in new product development and ongoing management of private markets fund suite including private credit, structured credit, impact & private equity, infrastructure, and real estate with an accent on fund structuring, launches, and regulatory compliance. Focus on leading product reviews, assessing market trends impact, and contributing to group projects and product strategy.
Location: London (full time, flexible working arrangements considered)

What you will do
- Develop new products following the Product Development and Management process, represent the team in steering committees, and ensure fund documentation is fit for purpose.
- Lead product management reviews to keep the range aligned with client expectations, pricing, profitability, and regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, industry regulations, and their impact, encouraging product innovation.
- Provide product input into group projects and assist with Private Markets product strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in asset management, preferably in product development/management with fund structuring and launch of private asset strategies.
- Understanding of product lifecycles, fund structures, domiciles (regulated/unregulated), and private asset classes.
- Knowledge of regulations like AIFMD II, UCITS, MiFID II, SFDR, and EU Taxonomy.
- Degree level qualification; self-motivated, collaborative, organised, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- CFA/CAIA/MBA or post-graduate professional experience (legal, accounting, actuarial).
- Interest in commercial real estate and sustainable investment strategies.
