What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for wealth-focused offerings, emphasizing UK IFA and wealth management market
• Lead full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization for IFAs and distribution channels
• Act as subject matter expert on UK wealth distribution, analyzing IFA behaviors, platforms, and market dynamics
• Drive market analysis, client engagement, and thought leadership to develop competitive products
• Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Client Experience teams to deliver scalable products
• Manage strategic partnerships, third-party integrations, and commercial negotiations
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team, handling resource planning, budgets, and performance

Requirements

• Extensive product management or strategy experience in fund or investment management industry
• Deep knowledge of UK wealth distribution market, especially IFA landscape, platforms, and client needs
• Strong understanding of IFA interactions with data, technology, and investment solutions
• Ability to translate market dynamics and client requirements into actionable product strategies
