What you will do
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for wealth-focused offerings, emphasizing UK IFA and wealth management market
- Lead full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization for IFAs and distribution channels
- Act as subject matter expert on UK wealth distribution, analyzing IFA behaviors, platforms, and market dynamics
- Drive market analysis, client engagement, and thought leadership to develop competitive products
- Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Client Experience teams to deliver scalable products
- Manage strategic partnerships, third-party integrations, and commercial negotiations
- Lead and develop a globally distributed team, handling resource planning, budgets, and performance
Requirements
- Extensive product management or strategy experience in fund or investment management industry
- Deep knowledge of UK wealth distribution market, especially IFA landscape, platforms, and client needs
- Strong understanding of IFA interactions with data, technology, and investment solutions
- Ability to translate market dynamics and client requirements into actionable product strategies
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams globally
- Strong commercial acumen with track record in product growth, partnerships, and business outcomes
