What you will do

• Drive creation and development of new derivatives products from ideation to launch and scaling
• Define and own product vision, roadmap, and specifications aligned with market opportunities
• Engage clients and stakeholders to identify needs, trends, and validate ideas
• Collaborate with technology teams to design and deliver solutions for trading systems
• Lead end-to-end product delivery including testing, rollout, compliance, and support
• Monitor performance, support sales/marketing, and represent externally

Requirements

• 5–10 years in financial markets with strong focus on Fixed Income Derivatives
• Solid understanding of electronic trading platforms and derivatives market structure
• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or technology delivery
• Demonstrated experience building or launching new products/features/platforms
• Strong project management, client-facing, communication, and analytical skills
• Existing professional network in financial markets (buy-side, sell-side, infrastructure)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Equity Derivatives markets
• Experience with trading protocols and market connectivity
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks for derivatives
