ArrowSphere Cloud division of hirify.global, building a Security Team within a 80-person Technical Department focused on global digital transformation.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain cloud security controls aligned with policies, standards, and compliance.
• Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and support audits.
• Monitor environments for threats, manage incidents, and perform remediations.
• Manage IAM, encryption, firewalls, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and development teams to enhance security posture.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, or Infrastructure Security.
• Hands-on experience securing at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with IAM, roles, policies, and access governance.
• Knowledge of secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning and remediation.
• Understanding of cloud-native and serverless security models.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar frameworks.
• Relevant certifications: CCSP, CCSK, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
