What you will do

• Manage existing licensing deals and serve as the internal point of contact for Hardlines, FMCG, and Promotions licensees.
• Develop detailed Joint Business Plans (JBPs) including forecasts, budgets, and marketing calendars.
• Identify, pitch, and negotiate new category opportunities and secure new licensing deals.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Creative, and Quality & Assurance teams to bring products to market.
• Partner with the Retail Development Lead to strengthen retailer relationships and support the UK hardlines retail strategy.
• Analyze market trends and SWOT insights to identify business growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in consumer products, marketing, or sales.
• Strong understanding of licensing processes and exposure to the toy industry (preferred).
• Experience developing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and managing financial forecasts.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen.
• Must be based in Slough, England
