Location: Based at the Slough office, England (Hybrid/Flexible work model)
Salary: GBP £57,040 – £67,735 Yearly

What you will do
- Manage existing licensing deals and serve as the internal point of contact for Hardlines, FMCG, and Promotions licensees.
- Develop detailed Joint Business Plans (JBPs) including forecasts, budgets, and marketing calendars.
- Identify, pitch, and negotiate new category opportunities and secure new licensing deals.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Creative, and Quality & Assurance teams to bring products to market.
- Partner with the Retail Development Lead to strengthen retailer relationships and support the UK hardlines retail strategy.
- Analyze market trends and SWOT insights to identify business growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in consumer products, marketing, or sales.
- Strong understanding of licensing processes and exposure to the toy industry (preferred).
- Experience developing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and managing financial forecasts.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen.
- Must be based in Slough, England
