Location: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 3 days per week from the office), requires visits to Gdańsk for team workshops at least once a month (2–3 days).

Salary: 1200 - 1500 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Design and build stable, scalable, near real-time BMC Helix data replication solution
• Build and maintain data architecture ensuring complete collection, integrity, and quality
• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust data pipelines
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvements
• Work in SAFe Scrum team with autonomy and accountability
• Act as subject matter expert, providing recommendations to IT and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Fluency in English (at least C1 level)
• Minimum 4+ years experience in similar role with IT Service Management data integrations (BMC Helix preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing, data storage/security, ETL (SSIS, Snowflake), version control
• Professional experience with SQL (T-SQL preferred), Python, Apache Airflow
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins)
• Hands-on with MS SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Dataverse
• Lean-Agile trained or certified (Scrum or SAFe)
• Master’s degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification or proven IT Service Management experience
