Software Engineer (Ecosystem)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain features for the platform and ecosystem tools.
• Contribute to open-source projects and engage with the developer community.
• Work with Java, Python, Go, and support integrations like Terraform Provider.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate customer requirements into new capabilities.
• Analyze and solve challenges related to fault tolerance, availability, performance, and scale.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support built services.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Warsaw, Poland for hybrid work.
• 2+ years of experience designing and supporting software in production.
• Proficiency in Java or Python is required.
• Experience with systems programming, multi-threading, and concurrency.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in cloud environments.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go or JavaScript.
• Experience building distributed web services and APIs (REST, RPC).
• Knowledge of SQL and database internals.
• Familiarity with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
