Product Success Manager

Product Success Manager (Platform): Own the relationship between Group platform and Operating Companies, driving meaningful platform adoption and engagement with an accent on strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. What you will do

• Own and evolve Group-wide platform adoption strategy, define success metrics, and build OpCo-specific success plans.
• Lead QBRs, working groups, and community sessions; build network of local platform champions.
• Develop shared SOPs, workflows, onboarding programs, and enablement materials balancing consistency with operational variation.
• Own product analytics, build dashboards, identify risks and friction points using behavioral data.
• Create and optimize in-product guidance like walkthroughs and tooltips; feed insights into product roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience driving adoption, enablement, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics, dashboarding, or digital adoption platforms (Pendo, Userpilot, WalkMe).
• Strong stakeholder management and influence without authority; excellent communication across audiences.
• Data-driven mindset translating insights into business outcomes; experience creating scalable processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in multi-entity or matrix organisations.
• Product-led growth or change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci).
• Working closely with Product and Engineering in scaling digital platforms.
