TL;DR

Product Manager (EV): Building and scaling a unified app experience for electric vehicle drivers with an accent on product vision, roadmap development, and market-fit. Focus on managing complex backlogs, integrating charging hardware services into a digital product, and optimizing the customer journey for carbon reduction.

Location: Hybrid (Hub-based). Must be based in the UK and able to work from Bristol, Glasgow, or London offices at least once a week. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary: £55,660 - £70,000 per year

What you will do

  • Contribute to the strategic long-term product vision and roadmap for the hirify.global Drive department.
  • Manage and prioritize complex product backlogs, aligning customer expectations with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Lead backlog refinement sessions and define high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify innovative product opportunities in the EV space.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic thinking and translating complex objectives into a cohesive roadmap.
  • Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong data analysis and market research skills to drive strategic product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
  • Must have valid UK work authorization (no sponsorship provided).
