What you will do

• Partner with Product and Operations stakeholders to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and redesign processes.
• Lead structured sessions to simplify and standardize workflows across product development and execution.
• Develop transformation roadmaps with clear milestones, ownership, and KPIs.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of operational changes and support adoption through training and change management.
• Identify and prototype automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based onsite at London HQ
• Significant experience in product operations, consulting, or transformation in fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience building automations and AI-enabled workflows using tools like Microsoft Copilot and LLM APIs.
• Degree in Computer Science or Advanced Analytics.
• Proven ability to design and implement operational improvements and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong operational and systems thinking with a pragmatic, results-driven mindset.
