What you will do

• Own strategy, vision, and roadmap for Home and Business Moves across domestic and B2B journeys
• Deliver end-to-end move experience from notification to billing handoff
• Design scalable solutions supporting international markets and regulatory frameworks
• Partner with product and engineering for robust integrations with industry systems
• Drive AI-led innovation including intelligent exception handling and automated occupancy detection
• Define and track product metrics like completion rates, automation, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex, integration-heavy SaaS products end-to-end
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and event-driven architectures
• Experience in regulated industry (energy, telecoms, insurance, financial services or similar)
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate clearly
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Strong Agile delivery experience
