What you will do

• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, including Operations Manuals and Emergency Response Plans.
• Apply the SORA (Specific Operational Risk Assessment) methodology to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan and coordinate meetings with National Aviation Authorities such as LBA, Austro Control, and AESA.
• Support cross-border operational authorization processes within the European Union.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging tools and methodologies to enhance certification and authorization processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in the UAS, aerospace, or defense sector within the EU.
• Demonstrated expertise in EASA UAS regulations, specifically Regulation (EU) 2019/947 and 2019/945.
• Familiarity with aerospace standards including ARP4754, ARP4761, DO-178C, DO-254, and MIL-STD-810H.
• Valid UAS pilot certificates A1–A3.
• Business-level German and English (C1 or native) required for communication with aviation authorities.
