Focus on performing visual and dimensional checks, reading and interpreting blueprints, operating equipment like swagers and crimpers, and conducting quality tests.

Location: Laconia, NH, United States. 1st and 2nd shift available (2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:15 PM-1:45 AM with $1.00 differential).

What you will do

• Plan, lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair rigid and flexible tube assemblies using hand tools and equipment.
• Perform visual and dimensional checks on materials, components, and finished products.
• Set up and operate abrasive, squaring, deburring, sizing, swaging, and crimping equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, method sheets, and process sheets to manufacture metal tubes.
• Measure specifications like angular dimensions, radii, wall thickness, and perform quality tests.
• Clean workpieces, load/stock materials, and transport work in process.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear; lift up to 25 pounds; close vision and focus.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training or equivalent.
• Regularly and predictably at work and on time.
