What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop the Engineering Team on a daily basis.
• Provide senior technical support and in-depth field troubleshooting, including customer site visits.
• Conduct detailed failure analysis, investigation, and reporting with commercial awareness.
• Oversee core engineering tasks including product selections, application requests, and technical calculations.
• Manage team KPIs, performance reviews, and identify learning and development opportunities.
• Implement and review Engineering Governance principles across the Oceania region.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in plant process systems and equipment design.
• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong team leadership, communication, and commercial awareness.
• Familiarity with product characters and design requirements.
