What you will do

• Assemble and adjust door components using hand and power tools.
• Operate industrial machinery including CNC Routers, Beam Saws, Edge Banders, and Laser Cutters.
• Read and interpret workshop drawings to fit components accurately according to job orders.
• Fabricate profiles using bending and cutting machines.
• Conduct quality checks on work and report defective goods.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and ensure work area safety.

Requirements

• Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment (production, assembly, or fabrication).
• Ability to use precision measurement tools such as tape measures, pressure gauges, levels, and squares.
• Comfortable using power tools and sheet metal machinery.
• Strong commitment to safety, WHS guidelines, and wearing PPE.
• Reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
