What you will do

• Design intuitive integrations experiences across discovery, setup, configuration, permissions, and management flows
• Evolve shared UX patterns across Apps & Integrations, Automations, admin experiences, and hirify.global AI connectors
• Lead end-to-end design from discovery and ideation through execution and iteration
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers to shape requirements and solve UX challenges
• Plan and run workshops, user research, usability testing, and design walkthroughs
• Contribute to Design System for reusable patterns and improve integrations discovery and activation
• Influence long-term design direction for scalable connection management and platform experiences

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 4+ years of experience in digital product design
• Experience designing SaaS products and complex product workflows
• Strong experience across full product design process from discovery to delivery
• Experience designing integrations-heavy, workflow automation, platform, or data-focused products
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to usability and clarity
• Experience conducting user research and incorporating findings into designs
• Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems
• Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking and shipped work

Nice to have

• Experience with iPaaS ecosystems or integrations platforms
• Experience designing AI powered product experiences or tool ecosystems
• Experience creating shared platform patterns across multiple product surfaces
• Experience working on marketer tools or workflow automation products
