What you will do
- Support federal client audits with 10+ years of DoD government auditing experience.
- Provide audit responses to senior management and Independent Public Accountants (IPAs).
- Prepare PBC and sample document packages, and develop/test Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
- Manage program documents and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Ensure compliance and readiness through analytical review and clear communication.
Requirements
- 10+ years of DoD Government auditing experience
- 10+ years providing audit responses to senior management and IPAs
- 5+ years preparing PBC and sample document packages
- 5+ years in preparation and testing of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or Communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including SharePoint and Google Suite; strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) and/or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification
