What you will do

• Lead and manage audits, reviews, compilations, and preparation of GAAP/GAGAS financial statements
• Handle day-to-day client accounting, month-end closes, reconciliations, and internal control evaluations with improvement recommendations
• Prepare and review federal/state tax returns for partnerships, S-corps, C-corps, individuals, including sales tax and international reporting
• Assist in tax planning, compliance, and support business development for client growth
• Mentor accounting staff, provide technical training, and contribute to firm quality control and process improvements

Requirements

• CPA required
• 15+ years public accounting experience
• Strong GAAP and tax law knowledge
• Proficient in CCH ProSystem fx, CCH Engagement, QuickBooks, MS Excel
• Excellent client communication and ability to manage multiple engagements
• Organized, detail-oriented, collaborative in fast-paced environment
