What you will do

  • Define analytics vision, KPIs, and measurement frameworks for ecommerce retail health, advertising, and brand growth.
  • Lead Amazon Advertising expertise, including AMC query development, Omnichannel Metrics, and upper funnel measurement.
  • Oversee standardized dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting for efficient performance evaluation.
  • Build and mentor high-performing analytics team with specializations in category management and advertising effectiveness.
  • Engage stakeholders and clients with actionable insights and narratives driving strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years analytics/insights experience, 7+ years in leadership building analytics teams
  • Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising, AMC mastery (queries, attribution), Omnichannel Metrics
  • Ecommerce analytics foundation: category management, retail operations, brand health
  • Expert SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Looker), Python/R, Amazon tools (Brand Analytics, Advertising Console)
  • Experience with data pipelines, BI tools (Helium 10, Skai), client-facing environments
  • Bachelor's in Analytics/Statistics/Business/Marketing; advanced degree preferred
