What you will do
- Manage post-sales activities for large enterprise customers through strategic touchpoints, prioritization, and project management.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and recommend ways to accelerate customer business objectives.
- Demonstrate value through high-touch tactics and comprehensive support, including consultations in French for Quebec clients.
- Analyze data to build engagement strategies, identify churn risks, and mitigate with account teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Support as the voice of the customer, providing feedback on trends.
Requirements
- Bilingualism: Professional proficiency in both French and English required to service Quebec clients per Bill 96 mandate.
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or customer marketing at scale.
- Comfort interacting with strategic customers via phone, email, webinars.
- Data-driven self-starter with prioritization skills and process improvement ability.
- Team player who translates business needs into personalized consultations.
- Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
