What you will do
- Establish individual and team performance goals under Director of Government Client Services and develop tracking/reporting plans.
- Serve as problem-solving resource, trainer, and Government Department SME for team members and new client implementations.
- Work with Team Leads to manage work schedules, ensure telephone coverage, approve time sheets, and monitor agent calls monthly.
- Assess team strengths/challenges for professional development, provide quarterly feedback, and contribute to annual reviews.
- Maintain awareness of service impacts and intervene as needed; deliver monthly client reports including CBA reconciliation, telephone, and refund/exchange data.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of corporate or government travel consulting experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across organizational levels
- Strong knowledge of Worldspan and SABRE
- Proven problem-solving, customer service, oral communication, planning/organizing, and professionalism skills
