What you will do

• Serve as a travel expert and guide for corporate clients, planning high-quality domestic and international travel.
• Conduct detailed interviews with travelers to secure cost-effective arrangements using travel systems and GDS.
• Manage operational queues (Action, Error, Cancel) and execute cancellation or change processes.
• Advise clients on itineraries, local customs, passports, visas, and vaccination certificates.
• Research travel industry trends and updates to provide current advice to agencies.
• Maintain high customer service standards while providing timely and accurate travel arrangements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in arranging domestic and international travel.
• Proficiency with Global Distribution System (GDS) Apollo and ticketing software.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and effectively apply them to client needs.
• Must be able to work remotely in a separate designated office at home.
