TL;DR

HiBob Implementation Consultant (HCM Technology): Delivering end-to-end HCM solutions by bridging HR business needs and technical system configuration with an accent on core HR modules, custom workflows, data migration, and integrations. Focus on leading discovery workshops, building reports and dashboards, ensuring go-live readiness, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Location: London, UK or Dublin, Ireland (hybrid with telecommuting possibilities)

What you will do

  • Lead discovery and scoping to translate business needs into solution designs.
  • Configure HiBob core modules, organizational structures, workflows, and approvals.
  • Oversee data migration, build custom reports and dashboards, and coordinate integrations with payroll and finance systems.
  • Deliver training sessions for admins and end-users, and provide go-live support.
  • Manage project governance, scope, timelines, risks, and collaborate with internal teams and HiBob experts.

Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering HRIS/HCM implementations (HiBob experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and data structures.
  • Comfortable leading client-facing workshops and managing stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Talent Management modules (Performance, Goals, 1:1s, Surveys).
  • Payroll/finance integrations or post-go-live managed services.
  • HiBob certification.
