What you will do

• Execute and refine hirify.global’s social media strategy in partnership with the Chief Growth Officer.
• Oversee, brainstorm, and manage all content published across social channels.
• Measure and report on campaign performance using advanced metrics and analytics tools.
• Optimize team workflows by implementing automation and tools like Agorapulse.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with industry professionals and influencers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content strategists, copywriters, and designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing a social media team.
• Proven track record of growing social channels for major brands.
• Deep mastery of algorithms and optimization for Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Must be based in Malaysia for a hybrid work arrangement.
