What you will do

• Manage all phases of HRIS implementation, including design, parameterization, acceptance, and deployment.
• Translate client requirements into functional deliverables, technical documentation, and training materials.
• Configure modules for Core HR, Payroll, Time, and Talent to meet specific client needs.
• Integrate latest solution versions and handle data transfers from legacy HRIS systems.
• Provide third-party application maintenance, resolving corrective, preventive, and evolutionary tickets.
• Advise customers on solution evolutions and conduct technical monitoring and user training.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in French payroll (PY-FR) implementation or maintenance.
• Proven experience working with SAP HCM.
• Experience leading requirements gathering workshops and client meetings.
• Fluent in Spanish and French.
• Must be based in or able to work from Granada, Madrid, or Barcelona, Spain.
