What you will do

• Own designated geographical territory, delivering against key targets across independent, corporate grocery, and P&C accounts.
• Build relationships with 3rd party partners, master power selling techniques, and embrace hirify.global MVP values.
• Execute visitation of allocated accounts, increase distribution width and depth, and convert new business leads.
• Drive long-term sales through in-store presence, Perfect Store standards, cold can/cashier placement, and share of space using insights.
• Presell and execute displays for promotional periods across corporate and independent accounts.

Requirements

• 2+ years sales experience (FMCG preferred)
• Ability to manage relationships, strong selling skills (negotiation, objection handling), commercial awareness
• Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working alone and in team
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Valid full driver’s license required
• Proficient in written and verbal English
• Qualified to work in Australia with evidence if required
