What you will do

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and key performance indicators to support client insights.
• Present completed reporting packages and findings to clients.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Provide technical accounting support on complex issues.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Lead and coach staff and senior accountants on accounting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s a plus.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant Public Accounting or industry experience.
• Proven success leading teams through change and process improvement.
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing remote teams across geographies.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Netsuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Demonstrated ability to embrace new technologies.
