What you will do

• Drive complex design end-to-end across mobile, desktop, browser extensions, router, and web platforms, defining user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Set craft standards as the senior design voice, modeling best-in-class practices in partnership with Product Design Manager and Head of Design.
• Ground designs in user research, prototype solutions, and validate with usability testing and A/B experiments.
• Simplify cybersecurity and privacy concepts using UX best practices to make technical experiences intuitive and trustworthy.
• Bridge product, engineering, and design teams, influencing roadmaps and ensuring smooth handoffs.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency, mentor juniors, and integrate AI tools like Figma AI into workflows.

Requirements

• Extensive experience shipping high-quality UX/UI across mobile, desktop, and web.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, UX writing, and prototyping.
• Proven conversion-focused UX and growth design with business metric impact, A/B testing, and UX optimization.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams; experience with design systems.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools; outstanding portfolio with measurable impact.
• Proficiency in Figma and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Framer.

Nice to have

• Experience with service design, end-to-end journey mapping, and user research planning.
• Understanding of technical constraints like system architecture and APIs.
• Background in privacy, security, or SaaS/subscription products.
• Active participation in design community.
