What you will do

• Develop, validate, and maintain predictive models for lead scoring, conversion propensity, funnel optimization, and tiering.
• Build forecasting frameworks for lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline, revenue projections, and channel performance.
• Monitor model performance, iterate for improvements, and evaluate markets based on ROI.
• Analyze trends at geographic, industry, and segment levels to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and analyze experiments like A/B testing and cohort analysis for incremental impact.
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to integrate models into reporting and support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written; all resumes in English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3-7 years in data science, applied modeling, or advanced analytics.
• Proven experience building predictive models, statistical methods, ML techniques, and forecasting in business.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency; experience with customer acquisition cost modeling and marketing ROI.
• Problem-solving, translating business problems to analytics, and communicating to non-technical stakeholders.
