What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve decision systems and predictive models key to competitive advantage.
• Explore new internal and external data sources to enhance model performance.
• Design, implement, and read in-market experiments testing new algorithms, technologies, and processes.
• Prototype solutions to business problems using cutting-edge technologies.
• Recommend strategic changes through rigorous analytics and creative problem-solving.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement advanced analytics methods as part of a collegial data science team.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience.
• Master’s degree in quantitative/technical field (Math, Stats, Econ, Eng, Physics, CompSci).
• Experience with R, Python, machine learning tools, and SQL.
• Evidence of applying advanced models to real-world problems.
• Ability to craft rigorous research/evaluation designs.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Git.
• Track record of agentic AI use and implementation.
