Location: Hybrid in London (office attendance expected Tuesday-Thursday)

What you will do

• Develop and deploy machine learning models improving underwriting, pricing and customer management decisions.
• Analyze large complex datasets to generate insights influencing credit and commercial strategy.
• Own models and decision systems throughout lifecycle, from research to production monitoring and iteration.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, credit risk and commercial teams to solve ambiguous problems.
• Contribute to team knowledge through experimentation and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Located in or able to work hybrid from London office (Tue-Thu)
• Strong programming in Python and SQL
• Deep understanding of statistics, machine learning and quantitative problem solving
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems pragmatically
• Curious, fast-moving, collaborative mindset
