What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding queue, ensuring accurate reviews, documented decisions, and SLA compliance.
• Handle complex cases like document verification, enhanced due diligence, Source of Funds, PEP, and sanctions.
• Apply jurisdiction-specific KYC rules across multiple regulatory frameworks.
• Lead team across rotating shifts, track KPIs, provide feedback, and coach on decision reasoning.
• Manage QA feedback, workload, shift coverage, and proactive issue resolution.
• Report performance, risks to management, and collaborate with Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Strong written English and clear communication skills
• Experience in financial services (banking, fintech, payments, or regulated brokerage)
• Hands-on KYC, AML, or client onboarding with decision-making
• Strong knowledge of KYC under major regulatory frameworks
• Understanding of document verification, sanctions/PEP screening
• Experience leading or supervising operational teams
• Ability to assess AI-assisted outputs critically
• High attention to detail and decision-making under pressure
