IT Project Manager – Lead/Program Level (Federal Cybersecurity)

IT Project Manager – Lead/Program Level (Federal Cybersecurity): Provide integrated leadership and governance across multi-workstream IT and cybersecurity programs for federal clients with an accent on stakeholder engagement, risk management, and schedule coordination. Focus on integrating dependencies, resource allocation, and delivering executive briefings in complex federal contracting environments.

Location: Washington, DC, USA - Must work EST (8:30AM - 5:30PM). U.S. Citizen required and eligible for federal contracting.

What you will do

• Lead program-level governance and alignment with contract objectives across all task order activities.
• Serve as primary interface with government stakeholders, including COR, managing communications and reporting.
• Establish project management standards, reporting cadence, and quality assurance processes.
• Integrate and manage program schedules, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across teams.
• Track enterprise risks, issues, and decisions, escalating to leadership as needed.
• Support strategic planning, roadmap development, and executive briefings for internal and government audiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in engineering, compliance, security, and advisory groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10+ years in IT project/program management, preferably federal/government contracting.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream programs with complex dependencies.
• Direct experience interfacing with government stakeholders, including CORs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Proven skills in schedules, risks, resources, and reporting across teams.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for federal environments.

• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or IT modernization programs.
• Excellent communication for technical and executive audiences.
