What you will do

• Lead tax compliance engagements in line with standards, budgets, and deadlines
• Plan and schedule tax projects with clients and internal resources
• Serve as primary tax contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication and timely service
• Perform detailed reviews of tax work papers, returns, research, and deliverables
• Provide training, direction, and supervision to staff and senior accountants
• Participate in firm initiatives and maintain expertise in industry-specific tax areas

Requirements

• 5+ years of job-related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA designation required
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Caseware, depreciation software, Axcess tax preparation, RIA tax research, and Go File Room
