What you will do

• Prepare and review federal and multi-state tax returns for flow-through entities.
• Conduct technical tax research on complex tax issues.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to provide tax consulting for diverse industries including real estate, crypto, and private equity.
• Supervise and mentor associate-level professionals.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of tax compliance and consulting services.
• Assist with special projects and client planning initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in public accounting with an emphasis in Flow-Through Taxation.
• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Licensed CPA, in the process of obtaining CPA, or EA certified.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience developing and training associate-level professionals.
• Must be within 45 minutes of a hirify.global office to follow the hybrid schedule.
