What you will do

• Lead CFO-level advisory engagements delivering strategic financial insights and operational guidance.
• Drive change management to modernize service delivery using technology and standardized processes.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and provide tailored solutions aligned to business goals.
• Oversee client teams ensuring timely completion of accounting engagements.
• Analyze KPIs and financial performance to recommend improvements in profitability and cash flow.
• Collaborate with internal teams on integrated solutions like revenue cycle and cost reporting.
• Develop client budgets, forecasts, and financial planning strategies.
• Mentor staff promoting accountability, learning, and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or Business; Master’s a plus; CPA preferred
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care industry experience required
• Minimum 8 years in public accounting or industry accounting
• Proven leadership in organizational change and process improvement.
• Strong project management, relationship-building, and client-first skills.
• Experience managing remote teams across geographies.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct; ability to adopt new technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 10%
