What you will do
- Lead CFO-level advisory engagements delivering strategic financial insights and operational guidance.
- Drive change management to modernize service delivery using technology and standardized processes.
- Build trusted relationships with client executives and provide tailored solutions aligned to business goals.
- Oversee client teams ensuring timely completion of accounting engagements.
- Analyze KPIs and financial performance to recommend improvements in profitability and cash flow.
- Collaborate with internal teams on integrated solutions like revenue cycle and cost reporting.
- Develop client budgets, forecasts, and financial planning strategies.
- Mentor staff promoting accountability, learning, and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or Business; Master’s a plus; CPA preferred
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care industry experience required
- Minimum 8 years in public accounting or industry accounting
- Proven leadership in organizational change and process improvement.
- Strong project management, relationship-building, and client-first skills.
- Experience managing remote teams across geographies.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct; ability to adopt new technologies.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
