What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact for public works projects across Utah.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple active municipal projects.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure.
• Support business development efforts, including proposals and client relationship growth.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of the regional team.
• Ensure all projects meet strict quality, risk, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8+ years of experience in public works or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with city, county, or DOT clients.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and driving record reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience working specifically with Utah municipalities or local agencies.
• Proven track record in business development or proposal support.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineering staff.
