What you will do

• Lead client advisory engagements at a CFO-level, providing strategic financial insights and operational guidance.
• Drive change management initiatives to modernize service delivery using technology and best practices.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives by delivering tailored solutions aligned with their goals.
• Oversee multiple client teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting engagements.
• Analyze financial performance, KPIs, profitability, and cash flow, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on integrated solutions like revenue cycle and payroll.
• Develop client budgets, forecasts, and financial planning strategies.
• Mentor and develop staff, fostering accountability and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s a plus. CPA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant Public Accounting or industry accounting experience.
• Proven success leading teams through organizational change and process improvement.
• Strong project management, relationship-building, and client-first mindset skills.
• Experience managing remote teams and promoting collaboration across geographies.
• Proficiency in industry software like QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and ability to adopt new technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
