What you will do
- Respond to telephone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Proactively capture relevant information on internal systems.
- Conduct initial case assessments to determine case progression.
- Collaborate with lawyers working on prestigious and diverse legal cases.
Requirements
- Must be able to attend the Sheffield office for an interview and work onsite.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Genuine passion for customer service and pride in work.
- No previous legal experience is required as full training is provided.
