Product Designer (Senior)

TL;DR

Product Designer (Senior): Design experiences across the hirify.global ecosystem including rider, driver, and business apps with an accent on user empathy, product thinking, and business impact. Focus on improving key flows like sign-up, payments, and bookings, evolving the design system, and validating solutions with data and research.

Location: Hybrid working model with 3 days a week from Madrid office and 2 days remote; 6 weeks fully remote per year (3 weeks per semester).

Salary: L4 Senior [50K-74K€]

What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to design impactful experiences from exploration to implementation.
• Improve key experiences in Rider, Driver, or Business apps and redesign critical flows like sign-up, support, payments, or bookings.
• Identify friction points, reduce drop-off, increase conversion, and evolve design system patterns and components.
• Validate decisions with Data and Research, shape scalable solutions with Engineering, and explore new tools and processes.
• Contribute to design team rituals like critiques, Design Meetings, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Interest in hybrid model: 3 days/week from Madrid office.
• Strong product thinking, user empathy, interaction design, and visual design skills.
• Research mindset, understanding of technology, and clear communication to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to create proposals and documentation aligned with business strategy.
• Alignment with company principles, humble attitude, and openness to feedback.
