What you will do

• Oversee QC operations at factories, including inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing partners on in-line quality control and continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and customer complaints.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on inspection results, audits, and non-conformance.
• Ensure factories comply with company standards and maintain accurate quality-related documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in quality control, ideally within consumer goods or retail.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or field quality role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis applied to manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with global partners.
