What you will do
- Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies and regulations.
- Analyze and interpret benefit plans, technical procedures, and general business materials.
- Manage professional incoming and outgoing communications with claimants and suppliers.
- Maintain established performance standards for both quantity and quality of claims processing.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance during all interactions and processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to function independently within established guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and problem-resolution capabilities.
