What you will do

• Lead formulation and development of skincare products like emulsions and SPF, translating briefs into viable concepts.
• Own project timelines from concept to launch, acting as technical lead in cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior developers and guide scale-up for commercial production.
• Design stability, performance testing, and troubleshoot formulation/manufacturing issues.
• Ensure global regulatory compliance (EU, US, UK) and support claims substantiation.
• Monitor trends, innovate with ingredients, and assess competitors for differentiation.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years developing formulations from first principles, with emulsion, daily SPF, and UV filter expertise
• Proven launches of skincare/cosmetic products with third-party manufacturers.
• 3rd level qualification in scientific discipline.
• Strong project management, communication of technical concepts, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
