What you will do

• Own and lead implementation of 'Delivered Safely' pillar for field-based services (CMS, MGS, Cx, CQV, OTS).
• Develop health & safety strategies, programmes and plans across the organisation.
• Promote pro-active safety culture and lead site-based behavioural safety programme.
• Ensure compliance with local/national H&S legislation and ISO45001 management system.
• Lead team of H&S area managers, coordinate safety training and active monitoring programmes.
• Support service heads and construction managers, investigate incidents and interface with authorities.

Requirements

• Primary degree in Engineering, Science, Health and Safety or equivalent; third-level qualification in Occupational Health and Safety advantageous.
• Chartered member of IOSH or equivalent advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction health and safety with advanced knowledge and proven technical skills.
• Experience developing/implementing world-class H&S management systems and behavioural safety programmes.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills; ability to engage senior leadership.
